Research Engineer
Lead AI research projects, developing state‑of‑the‑art models in Python using TensorFlow and PyTorch, and turning experimental insights into production‑ready solutions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and evaluate novel machine learning algorithms for real‑world applications.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate research prototypes into scalable services.
- Conduct rigorous experiments, analyze results, and publish findings in technical reports.
- Maintain and extend open‑source libraries and internal tooling for data processing and model training.
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the organization.
Requirements
- PhD or Master’s in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Proven track record of publishing research or delivering production‑grade ML solutions.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
- Experience with large‑scale data pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
