About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and validate machine learning and statistical models for biomedical datasets.
- Develop end‑to‑end data pipelines that move data from acquisition through model deployment.
- Collaborate with laboratory scientists to translate research questions into computational solutions.
- Prepare and deliver clear presentations of results at lab meetings, conferences, and in peer‑reviewed manuscripts.
- Maintain and optimize databases and code repositories to ensure reproducibility and scalability.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn).
- Strong background in statistical modeling and data analysis of biomedical data.
- Experience building data pipelines and working with SQL databases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for scientific audiences.
