About the role
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement test strategies for MANET and MIMO communication hardware throughout the product lifecycle.
Create automated test scripts and frameworks using Python and C++ to validate RF performance, signal integrity, and system functionality.
Conduct hands‑on hardware testing, including RF measurements, link‑budget analysis, and environmental stress testing.
Analyze test data, generate detailed reports, and collaborate with design engineers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Maintain and improve test equipment, fixtures, and documentation to ensure repeatable, high‑quality results.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field with 3+ years of R&D test experience.
Proficiency in Python and C++ for test automation and data analysis.
Strong knowledge of RF testing techniques, signal processing, and MIMO communication concepts.
Experience with automated test systems, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers.
Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced engineering environment.
