About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business needs and translate them into detailed functional and non‑functional requirements.
- Design and document IT architecture and process models using UML and BPMN.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders to elicit and validate requirements.
- Maintain a living repository of requirements and architecture artifacts, ensuring traceability and version control.
Requirements
- Proven experience in requirements engineering and IT business architecture.
- Strong knowledge of UML, BPMN, and related modeling tools.
- Hands‑on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion.
