About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define, document, and manage system and software requirements for space‑grade missions.
- Develop and execute verification plans, including test design, automation, and traceability matrices.
- Lead model‑based design activities using MATLAB/Simulink, ensuring compliance with DO‑254/DO‑178C.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate safety and reliability analyses into the development lifecycle.
- Maintain and improve requirements management tools and processes, ensuring audit readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in requirements engineering and verification for space or avionics systems.
- Proficiency with requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS, Polarion) and test automation frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of DO‑254/DO‑178C standards and safety analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
