Job Title: Reporting Manager & LMS Administrator
Position Summary
The Reporting Manager & LMS Administrator is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing Learning & Development (L&D) reporting solutions that provide visibility into training effectiveness, learner performance, operational readiness, and project progress. This role serves as the primary owner of L&D analytics, dashboards, and reporting infrastructure while also supporting Learning Management System (LMS) administration and governance.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and technical reporting skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for business leaders, training teams, and clients.
Responsibilities
Reporting & Analytics
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting solutions for Learning & Development initiatives.
- Create automated and recurring reports that track:
- Training completion rates
- Learner scorecards and assessment performance
- Certification and compliance status
- Project implementation status
- Training effectiveness metrics
- Operational readiness indicators
- Key Learning & Development KPIs
- Partner with Instructional Design, and Training teams to define reporting requirements and success metrics.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting platforms.
- Develop executive-level reporting packages and business reviews.
Dashboard Development
- Build and enhance dashboards using business intelligence tools.
- Create data visualizations that simplify complex information and support decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes and improve reporting efficiency.
- Establish reporting standards, governance practices, and documentation.
LMS Administration
- Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Manage course assignments, enrollments, learning paths, certifications, and user records.
- Support course launches, updates, and retirements.
- Troubleshoot LMS issues and partner with vendors or internal stakeholders when necessary.
- Generate LMS-based reports and ensure proper data capture for reporting purposes.
- Maintain LMS configuration, permissions, and learner data integrity.
Stakeholder Management
- Consult with leaders to understand reporting needs and business objectives.
- Translate data into meaningful business insights and recommendations.
- Conduct reporting reviews and present key findings to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support strategic L&D initiatives through data-driven decision making.
