Intermediate Reporting & Data Specialist focused on HR analytics, building strategic dashboards and reports using SQL, ETL processes, Power BI/Tableau, and managing data lake environments for talent, learning, and payroll insights.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain HR‑focused dashboards and reports for senior leadership using Power BI and Tableau.
- Extract, transform, and load data from core HCM, talent, learning, resourcing, and payroll systems into the enterprise Data Lake.
- Collaborate with People Analytics and HR partners to translate business questions into analytical solutions.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across all HR data sources.
- Provide ad‑hoc analysis and insights to support strategic HR initiatives and decision‑making.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or HR analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL and ETL tools for data extraction and transformation.
- Hands‑on experience building visualizations in Power BI or Tableau.
- Familiarity with Data Lake concepts and HR data domains (HCM, talent, payroll, learning).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate insights to non‑technical stakeholders.
