About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate repair and warranty data from multiple sources.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that highlight defect patterns, turnaround times, and service quality metrics.
- Perform statistical analyses to uncover root causes of recurring issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with engineering, service, and supply‑chain teams to translate data insights into actionable process improvements.
- Automate routine data pipelines and reporting workflows using Python and SQL scripts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a manufacturing or repair environment.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong data‑visualization skills with tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a detail‑orientated approach to quality assurance.
