About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver technical training content tailored to software engineering professionals, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and learning objectives.
- Create interactive e‑learning modules using leading authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Captivate) and integrate them into the organization’s LMS.
- Collaborate closely with subject matter experts, developers, and product teams to gather content, validate accuracy, and incorporate real‑world scenarios.
- Apply instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM) and Agile methodologies to iterate quickly and respond to feedback.
- Maintain a comprehensive content repository, ensuring version control, accessibility, and compliance with internal standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an instructional designer in a technical or software engineering environment.
- Strong proficiency with e‑learning authoring tools and LMS administration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, learner‑centered content.
- Experience working in a remote, collaborative setting using tools such as Slack and version control systems.
- Portfolio of completed technical training projects demonstrating design thinking and instructional effectiveness.
