Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high‑quality technical documentation, including API references, tutorials, and best‑practice guides for software engineering solutions.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams via Slack to gather requirements, clarify concepts, and ensure accuracy of content.
• Translate complex technical topics such as Python, Node.js, Machine Learning, and AWS services into clear, learner‑friendly materials.
• Iterate on content based on feedback from developers, product managers, and end users to continuously improve clarity and usability.
• Manage version control and publishing workflows, ensuring documentation stays current with evolving codebases and platform updates.

Requirements

• Proven experience writing technical documentation for software engineering audiences.
• Strong command of Python, Node.js, and at least one Machine Learning framework (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Hands‑on experience with AWS services (Lambda, S3, API Gateway).
• Excellent written communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts simply.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working remotely with distributed teams.
