About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd line remote support for Building Management Systems, HVAC, security, door access, UPS and power equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues using remote tools, logs and real‑time monitoring dashboards.
- Analyze system performance data to identify trends, recommend optimizations and improve reliability.
- Collaborate with field teams and vendors to coordinate escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Document troubleshooting steps, create knowledge base articles and maintain accurate incident records.
Requirements
- Proven experience in remote support for BMS, HVAC, security, UPS or power systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with remote monitoring platforms and data‑analysis tools.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for on‑site support if required.
