Remote Pool & Spa Systems Engineer 1099 Contract - Bluecube srl

Key Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the active build queue, coordinating remotely with the fabrication crew to maintain deadline‑critical throughput.
• Diagnose and resolve engineering issues on equipment, controls, and electrical builds for a diverse customer base.
• Design and validate chlorine system components and custom stainless‑steel configurations to meet safety and performance standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to refine product specifications, improve build processes, and implement quality controls.
• Prepare technical documentation, build plans, and progress reports for stakeholders and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management and fabrication coordination for industrial or hydrotherapy equipment.
• Strong background in electrical engineering, controls, and stainless‑steel fabrication.
• Knowledge of chlorine system design and hydrotherapy product standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
