About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead change and transformation initiatives across operating teams, implementing the IL6S Integrated Lean Six Sigma journey.
- Drive continuous improvement projects that enhance safety, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.
- Analyze production data to identify reliability gaps, root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and execute reliability improvement plans.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (SQCDSM) to ensure targets are met.
Requirements
- Proven experience in reliability engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with proficiency in data analysis.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
