About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate PI planning, iteration planning, and system demos for multiple Agile Release Trains.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams, remove impediments, and ensure alignment with program objectives.
- Track program metrics, risks, and dependencies, providing transparent reporting to stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, coaching teams on SAFe principles and Agile best practices.
- Collaborate with Systems Engineering and Integration leads to synchronize technical deliverables.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Agile program management, preferably as an RTE or similar role.
- Deep knowledge of SAFe framework, Agile ceremonies, and program execution.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with complex systems integration and program-level risk management.
- Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or equivalent is a plus.
