Responsible for creating and maintaining operator and administrator documentation for UDS capabilities, ensuring release readiness in airgapped environments. Collaborates with product, engineering, and delivery teams to translate system design into clear, validated guidance for deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Role Description:
As a release readiness engineer and technical writer, you will develop and evolve the operator- and administrator- customer-facing documentation for UDS capabilities, enabling Warfighters and system administrators in installation, administration, operational runbooks, SDKS, and training content designed for airgapped environments. This role collaborates with Product, Engineering, and Delivery to translate system design and implementation details into clear, validated guidance that customers can use to deploy, configure, operate, and troubleshoot UDS. This role includes writing documentation to be used by Warfighters on airplanes, ships, and ground vehicles!
Responsibilities:
Travel Expectations: 4-12 times per year
