About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain end‑to‑end CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
- Coordinate release schedules across multiple development teams, ensuring alignment with business priorities and compliance requirements.
- Automate deployment processes for containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes, supporting both cloud (AWS) and on‑premise infrastructures.
- Manage release documentation, version control, and change‑management activities in accordance with ITIL frameworks.
- Monitor release health, troubleshoot deployment issues, and drive continuous improvement of release processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in release management or DevOps roles within complex enterprise environments.
- Strong hands‑on expertise with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
- Solid understanding of ITIL change‑management practices and agile development methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to lead cross‑functional teams through release cycles.
