Program Manager
Experienced Release Manager to coordinate multi‑platform software deliveries for French‑language services, driving CI/CD pipelines, automation, and cross‑functional collaboration in a hybrid/telework environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and execute production releases for French‑language digital platforms, ensuring alignment with business priorities and regulatory requirements.
- Design, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Git, automating build, test, and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with development, QA, operations, and content teams to define release criteria, manage dependencies, and resolve blockers.
- Monitor release health, perform post‑release reviews, and implement corrective actions to continuously improve release quality and speed.
- Maintain release documentation, version control, and audit trails in both English and French.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience in release management or DevOps for media/television or similar fast‑paced environments.
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps pipelines, Git version control, and scripting (PowerShell or Bash) for automation.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD best practices, environment promotion, and rollback strategies.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French, with the ability to coordinate across distributed teams.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum settings and familiarity with ticketing tools such as Jira or Azure Boards.
