About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize reinforcement learning algorithms for production workloads.
- Collaborate with data scientists to translate business objectives into RL models.
- Develop end‑to‑end pipelines using PyTorch/TensorFlow and containerize solutions for AWS deployment.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation, hyper‑parameter tuning, and performance evaluation.
- Document methodologies, maintain code quality, and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML libraries.
- Proven track record in reinforcement learning and deep learning projects.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
