Software Engineer
Lead the adoption and sustained use of AI-driven regulatory tools, bridging product, technology, and regulator stakeholders to ensure effective implementation and compliance.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Drive onboarding, training, and adoption of CLARA and other AI solutions for regulatory users.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and compliance teams to translate regulatory needs into technical requirements.
- Develop and deliver enablement materials, workshops, and best‑practice guides for regulators.
- Monitor usage metrics, gather feedback, and iterate on solutions to improve user experience and compliance outcomes.
- Act as the primary liaison between regulators and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product enablement or adoption within a regulatory or compliance environment.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML applications in regulatory contexts, preferably with experience in CLARA or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable guidance for non‑technical users.
- Experience with data privacy, security, and compliance frameworks is a plus.
