About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute AI testing protocols to assess model performance and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to document findings, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
- Train and mentor AI models, refining datasets and evaluation metrics to improve accuracy and fairness.
- Ensure adherence to data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA) and internal security policies throughout the AI lifecycle.
- Prepare comprehensive compliance reports and present insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong background in regulatory compliance, preferably in AI or data‑driven environments.
- Experience with AI model evaluation, dataset curation, and performance tuning.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and risk management frameworks.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently on project‑based assignments.
