Software Engineer
Lead regional platform engineering for End User Device services across the Americas, driving automation, incident management, and cross‑team collaboration using Windows, macOS, Linux, and ServiceNow.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support End User Device (EUD) platform activities across multiple countries in the Americas.
- Design, implement, and maintain automation solutions for device provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management.
- Manage incident, problem, and change processes using ServiceNow and ITIL best practices.
- Collaborate with regional IT teams to ensure consistent platform standards, security compliance, and performance monitoring.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to local engineering teams, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in platform engineering or systems administration, with strong expertise in Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
- Proven track record of developing automation scripts (PowerShell, Bash, Python) and deploying configuration management tools.
- Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules and ITIL framework for incident, problem, and change management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing cross‑functional teams across the region.
- Ability to travel within the Americas as needed to support on‑site initiatives.
