About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the rail engineering practice across multiple U.S. regions, setting technical direction and standards.
- Oversee the delivery of complex rail projects, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.
- Develop and maintain key client relationships, acting as the primary technical liaison.
- Support business development by identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and presenting technical solutions.
- Mentor and manage engineering teams, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Railway Engineering with 10+ years of rail project experience.
- Proven expertise in track design, signal systems, and cost estimation using tools such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams and develop client relationships.
- Excellent communication and strategic thinking abilities.
