About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize regional IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance of cloud, network, and security services.
- Lead incident response and problem resolution, coordinating cross‑functional teams to minimize downtime.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and security controls aligned with corporate standards.
- Oversee vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and service level agreements.
- Drive continuous improvement projects, including automation, cost‑efficiency, and capacity planning.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT operations or infrastructure management.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and network architecture.
- Proven experience with security frameworks, incident management, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across multiple regions.
