About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of cloud‑based solutions across regional teams, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards.
- Champion Agile and DevOps practices, fostering a culture of rapid iteration, automated testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
- Collaborate with product, data science, and operations stakeholders to define technical roadmaps that support scalable analytics and AI initiatives.
- Mentor and develop engineering talent, conducting performance reviews, career planning, and knowledge‑sharing sessions.
- Drive cost optimization and capacity planning for AWS resources, leveraging cost‑management tools and architectural best practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in designing and operating large‑scale, cloud‑native applications on AWS.
- Strong background in Python, data pipelines, and machine‑learning model deployment.
- Hands‑on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and CI/CD tooling (Git, Jenkins, Terraform).
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of building high‑performing, cross‑functional teams.
