About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the regional data strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate digital transformation goals.
- Design, implement, and oversee cloud‑based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) to enable scalable analytics and reporting.
- Establish data governance frameworks, data quality standards, and compliance processes across multiple business units.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, technology partners, and interdisciplinary teams to translate business needs into data‑driven solutions.
- Lead a multidisciplinary hub team, fostering agile delivery, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data strategy, digital transformation or data‑centric program leadership.
- Proven expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and modern data architectures.
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record of influencing senior leadership.
- Experience leading cross‑functional, agile teams in a fast‑moving, technology‑focused environment.
