Senior leader responsible for driving profitable growth of Data & AI services in the UK, shaping market strategy, building client relationships, and scaling high‑performing delivery teams using cloud and AI technologies.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the regional go‑to‑market strategy for Data, AI and digital transformation services, targeting revenue and market‑share growth.
- Lead a multidisciplinary practice team, recruiting, mentoring and developing senior consultants to deliver high‑impact solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to C‑level clients, shaping data strategy, AI roadmaps and cloud adoption plans.
- Collaborate with sales, delivery and product groups to create integrated proposals and win complex, multi‑year engagements.
- Monitor practice performance metrics, forecast revenue, and implement improvement initiatives to ensure profitability.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data analytics, AI, and cloud‑based solutions, with a proven record of leading large‑scale engagements.
- Demonstrated ability to grow a practice or business unit, achieving revenue targets and market leadership.
- Strong leadership and people‑management skills, including experience building and scaling high‑performing teams.
- Excellent communication and influencing abilities, capable of engaging C‑suite stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of major cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and modern data/AI technologies.
