Software Engineer
Recreation Programmer responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating community recreation programs that promote healthy lifestyles, foster inclusivity, and engage residents and visitors through strategic event planning and partnership building.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, launch, and assess a diverse portfolio of recreation events and community activities that encourage active living and social engagement.
- Collaborate with local partners, volunteers, and stakeholders to secure resources, sponsorships, and community support.
- Develop and manage program budgets, track expenditures, and report financial performance to leadership.
- Implement inclusive practices that reflect the community’s diversity, ensuring programs are accessible to all residents.
- Collect and analyze participant feedback, attendance data, and outcome metrics to continuously improve program quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Recreation, Public Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in recreation program planning and community outreach.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data analysis tools.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion principles in program design and delivery.
