Analyze and optimize workforce performance in real time using SQL, Python, and Tableau to deliver actionable insights that improve staffing efficiency and service quality.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform real‑time operational data from multiple sources to support workforce planning.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and visual reports in Tableau that surface staffing trends, productivity metrics, and service level adherence.
- Write complex SQL queries and Python scripts to automate data pipelines and generate near‑real‑time insights.
- Collaborate with operations, scheduling, and senior leadership to translate analytical findings into actionable workforce strategies.
- Monitor key performance indicators, identify anomalies, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence, preferably in a workforce management or contact‑center environment.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation; experience with Python for data processing and automation.
- Strong expertise in Tableau (or similar BI tools) to build interactive, real‑time dashboards.
- Solid understanding of workforce management concepts such as staffing models, schedule adherence, and performance metrics.
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non‑technical stakeholders.
