RDC Maintenance Manager

As a RDC Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance professionals to ensure the efficient and effective maintenance of equipment, facilities, and processes at our Regional Distribution Center. You will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance strategies to minimize downtime, reduce costs, and improve overall productivity. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and reduce costs

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a distribution or manufacturing environment
• Proven track record of leadership and team management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
