Raytheon Vision Systems Engineering Lab Manager

Lead the development of advanced vision systems and engineering labs at Raytheon Vision Systems. The Raytheon Vision Systems Engineering Lab Manager will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and technicians in the design, development, and testing of advanced vision systems. This includes managing the lab's resources, including equipment, personnel, and budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, machine learning, and AWS, with experience in lab management and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers and technicians in the design, development, and testing of advanced vision systems.
• Manage the lab's resources, including equipment, personnel, and budget.
• Develop and implement lab policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate vision systems with other Raytheon Technologies products.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in machine learning and AWS.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in engineering, machine learning, and AWS.
• Proven track record of leading teams and managing budgets.
• Strong understanding of lab management principles and practices.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
