About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute and optimize experiments to develop new product formats and improve existing ones.
- Analyze experimental data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable process improvements.
- Lead scale‑up activities from lab to pilot and production, ensuring reproducibility and quality.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Formulation, Quality, Manufacturing) to integrate process insights into product development.
- Maintain detailed documentation, SOPs, and technical reports to support regulatory and quality requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in process development, experimental design, and scale‑up for consumer goods.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab).
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a proactive problem‑solving mindset.
- Knowledge of quality systems and regulatory standards in the consumer goods industry is a plus.
