About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end silicon design projects, from architecture to tape‑out, ensuring performance, power, and yield targets are met.
- Architect and develop reusable IP blocks, integrating them into complex SoC designs and maintaining high quality standards.
- Drive simulation and analysis workflows using industry‑leading EDA tools, optimizing verification strategies and reducing time‑to‑market.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (firmware, software, product management) to translate customer requirements into robust hardware solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in silicon design, IP development, and hardware verification.
- Proficiency with EDA tool suites (Cadence, Synopsys, Mentor) and scripting (Python, TCL).
- Deep understanding of ASIC/FPGA design flows, RTL coding, and verification methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills, with a track record of solving complex design challenges.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of guiding multidisciplinary teams.
