Software Engineer
Lead AI integration projects, developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch on AWS infrastructure.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end‑to‑end AI solutions, translating research prototypes into scalable production systems.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define data pipelines, model training workflows, and performance metrics.
- Implement and maintain cloud‑based infrastructure (AWS) for model training, inference, and monitoring.
- Conduct rigorous testing, validation, and continuous improvement of AI models to meet quality and reliability standards.
- Document architecture, code, and best practices to support knowledge transfer and future maintenance.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Hands‑on experience deploying models to cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, data preprocessing, and model evaluation.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
- Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
