QA Engineer
Lead quality assurance for Energy Management Systems, designing and executing automated tests, ensuring reliability and performance in a fast‑paced R&D environment using Python, Selenium, and Agile practices.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for Energy Management System (EMS) components.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to define test plans, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Execute functional, regression, and performance tests, documenting defects and tracking resolution.
- Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring rapid feedback for continuous delivery.
- Analyze test results, provide actionable insights, and recommend improvements to product quality.
Requirements
- 3+ years of QA experience in software or embedded systems.
- Strong scripting skills in Python and experience with Selenium or similar frameworks.
- Hands‑on knowledge of Energy Management Systems or related industrial control systems.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
