Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Safety) strategies for automotive systems
Conduct failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) and fault tree analysis (FTA)
Ensure compliance with international safety standards (ISO 26262, IEC 61508)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate reliability requirements into system design
Perform statistical analysis and reliability modeling to predict system performance
Document and report reliability metrics and improvement plans
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
5+ years of experience in reliability engineering or automotive systems
Proficiency in RAMS methodologies and tools (e.g., ReliaSoft, Siemens PLM)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with Python for reliability analysis and automation
