About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain quality assurance plans for all construction activities, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and project specifications.
- Conduct pre‑construction, in‑process, and post‑completion inspections to verify material integrity, workmanship, and safety compliance.
- Analyze inspection data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to prevent rework and enhance overall project quality.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and field teams to integrate quality objectives into project schedules and budgets.
- Prepare detailed quality reports, audit findings, and recommendations for senior management and regulatory bodies.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management within railroad or large‑scale civil construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of railroad construction standards (e.g., AAR, FRA) and quality control methodologies.
- Proficiency in inspection techniques, data analysis, and quality documentation tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to construction sites as needed.
