QA Engineer
RF Test Engineer responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing high‑power microwave effect tests, documenting results, and supporting R&D initiatives in a collaborative environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute RF test plans for high‑power microwave experiments, ensuring safety and compliance with laboratory standards.
- Collect, process, and analyze test data using statistical and signal‑processing techniques to evaluate material and device performance.
- Document test procedures, results, and technical findings in clear, concise reports and maintain accurate test logs.
- Collaborate with research scientists and engineers to refine test methodologies and troubleshoot experimental challenges.
- Assist in the development and calibration of test equipment, including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and power meters.
Requirements
- Strong general test engineering experience with a proven ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Familiarity with RF concepts and high‑power microwave instrumentation is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., MATLAB, Python) and technical documentation.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
