About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, integrate, and validate radar front‑end and RF subsystems, ensuring compliance with performance specifications and operational requirements.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, utilizing RF test equipment, spectrum analyzers, and vector network analyzers to characterize system behavior.
- Implement automated test scripts in Python and MATLAB to streamline data acquisition, analysis, and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (electronics, firmware, software) to troubleshoot hardware and firmware issues, providing root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Document design decisions, test results, and configuration changes in detailed technical reports and maintain traceability throughout the development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in radar or RF system design, integration, and testing.
- Strong analytical skills, problem‑solving ability, and excellent written and verbal communication.
