Design and integrate next‑generation sea‑based radar solutions, focusing on signal processing, phased‑array architecture, and simulation while collaborating with multidisciplinary missile‑defense teams.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and validate tactical phased‑array radar architectures for sea‑based missile defense applications.
- Implement digital signal processing algorithms, including filtering, beamforming, and target estimation, using C++/Python and MATLAB.
- Create high‑fidelity models and simulations to evaluate radar performance across various operational scenarios.
- Integrate radar hardware and software subsystems, conduct hardware‑in‑the‑loop testing, and troubleshoot system‑level issues.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—systems, software, and test engineers—to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher in Electrical Engineering, Radar Engineering, or a related field with strong fundamentals in DSP and phased‑array theory.
- Proven experience developing radar signal‑processing code in C++ or Python and using MATLAB for analysis and simulation.
- Hands‑on experience with modeling and simulation tools for radar system performance assessment.
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams, communicate technical concepts clearly, and manage complex integration tasks.
- Security clearance eligibility preferred.
