Quality Technician - SSD RMA Failure Analysis

We are seeking a Quality Technician to join our team in Longmont, CO. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing SSD failures, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical skills, including Python, Node.js, Machine Learning, and AWS. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze SSD failures to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain documentation of failure analysis processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve product quality.
• Conduct experiments and testing to validate failure analysis results.
• Develop and implement process improvements to reduce failure rates and improve product quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in failure analysis, quality engineering, or a related field.
• Strong background in technical skills, including Python, Node.js, Machine Learning, and AWS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
