Systems Engineer
Lead the implementation and maintenance of IATF 16949 and customer‑specific quality requirements, coordinate audits, and ensure plant‑wide compliance through documentation, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and communicate YF OS, IATF 16949, and Customer Specific Requirements across functional teams to ensure full compliance.
- Develop, implement, and maintain processes that achieve and sustain IATF 16949 certification and related quality system standards.
- Maintain and control local documentation to meet global, regional, and regulatory quality system requirements.
- Provide training and awareness to all plant personnel on changes to quality system standards, audits, and customer requirements.
- Plan, schedule, and manage internal and external audits, tracking corrective actions and ensuring timely closure.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO/TS 16949, and other automotive quality standards.
- Experience in audit planning, execution, and corrective action management.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain quality documentation and control processes.
- Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional coordination and training.
- Continuous‑improvement mindset with a focus on regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.
