Systems Engineer
Quality Systems Engineer driving ISO 9001 compliance, QMS administration, and audit readiness in a manufacturing environment, leveraging document control, CAPA, and data‑driven quality metrics to ensure product excellence.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Coordinate and oversee document control processes, ensuring all quality documentation is current, accessible, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Manage CAPA activities, from root cause analysis to corrective action implementation, and track effectiveness through metrics and audits.
- Prepare and maintain audit readiness for internal and external audits, including customer and third‑party inspections.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends, develop action plans, and report on key performance indicators to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—engineering, manufacturing, supply chain—to embed quality principles throughout the product lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in quality systems within a manufacturing or assembly environment.
- In‑depth knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, CAPA, and document control best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in quality metrics and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
