Software Engineer
Lead a team of quality engineers in a thermal solutions environment, driving continuous improvement, compliance with ISO standards, and implementation of Six Sigma and test automation methodologies.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor a multidisciplinary quality engineering team, ensuring timely delivery of product and process quality objectives.
- Develop, maintain, and audit quality management systems in line with ISO/ASQ standards and customer specifications.
- Lead Six Sigma and Lean initiatives to reduce variation, improve yield, and enhance overall product reliability.
- Oversee test automation strategy, including selection of tools, development of test scripts, and integration with manufacturing processes.
- Conduct root‑cause investigations for non‑conformances, drive corrective actions, and track effectiveness of resolutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of hands‑on quality engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Proven expertise in Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) and ISO/ASQ quality systems.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and data‑driven analysis tools.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and team‑leadership skills.
