Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of automated test frameworks for AML applications using Selenium and Java.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in Agile sprints to define test plans, acceptance criteria, and quality metrics.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring rapid feedback and defect resolution.
- Mentor and coach junior QA engineers, fostering best practices in test automation and quality assurance.
- Analyze test results, identify root causes, and recommend process improvements to enhance product reliability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of QA automation experience in the financial services or AML domain.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and version control (Git).
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
