Lead a quality engineering team to design and execute end‑to‑end testing strategies on the Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform ENOVIA, driving process excellence, metrics, and defect resolution across the application lifecycle.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary quality engineering team, ensuring alignment with project goals and delivery schedules.
- Design and implement comprehensive test strategies for the Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform ENOVIA, covering functional, integration, and performance testing.
- Define and track key quality metrics, using data to drive continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
- Oversee defect lifecycle management, coordinating with development and product teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to integrate quality processes into the overall development ecosystem.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably within enterprise software environments.
- Deep knowledge of the Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform ENOVIA and related testing tools.
- Proven expertise in test automation frameworks and continuous integration pipelines.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on metrics‑driven quality improvement.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of guiding teams through complex projects.
