About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Quality Manager in maintaining and enhancing the Quality Management System (QMS) for Caterpillar equipment.
- Develop, review, and update quality documentation to meet ISO and UL2200/UL142 standards.
- Conduct internal audits, root cause analyses, and corrective action plans to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement quality metrics and track performance.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools for data collection, reporting, and documentation management.
Requirements
- Experience in quality engineering within the heavy equipment or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, UL2200, and UL142 certification processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
