About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and monitor RCC activities including shuttering, reinforcement placement, concreting, and finishing to ensure adherence to approved drawings and project specifications.
- Conduct concrete testing (compressive strength, slump, etc.) and maintain accurate test records.
- Verify compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports, recommend corrective actions, and coordinate with project teams to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure proper documentation of all quality control activities and maintain traceability of materials and workmanship.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality engineering for RCC construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction quality control, concrete testing methods, and safety regulations.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
