About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough quality inspections of civil and finishing works on site.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
- Review material test reports and maintain accurate quality records.
- Raise, track, and close Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs), ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
- Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and contractors to achieve quality compliance.
- Maintain comprehensive QA/QC documentation and generate regular reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction quality assurance.
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, material testing, and NCR management.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
