About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for the EquiLend Spire platform using Python and Selenium.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, ensuring rapid feedback for development teams.
- Collaborate with product, development, and QA teams to define test strategies, coverage, and quality metrics.
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and provide actionable defect reports.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in test automation within a fintech or enterprise software environment.
- Proficiency in Python, Selenium WebDriver, and Java for test development.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins) and version control (Git).
- Strong understanding of SQL and database testing.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
