Quality Engineer

As a Quality Engineer at RTX, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance processes to ensure the highest level of quality in our products and processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate quality risks, and develop and implement corrective actions to prevent future defects. You will also be responsible for conducting quality audits and assessments, and providing training and coaching to team members on quality-related topics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure the highest level of quality in products and processes
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate quality risks
• Develop and implement corrective actions to prevent future defects
• Conduct quality audits and assessments
• Provide training and coaching to team members on quality-related topics

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in quality engineering or a related field
• Strong understanding of quality principles and methodologies
• Experience with Python, Node.js, Machine Learning, and AWS
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
